The Bendix King (BK) Radio DPH-CMD portable, compliant with the APCO P25 standard, including the P25 FDMA Common Air Interface, has all the capabilities of the proven DPH, plus enhanced feature sets engineered to meet additional advanced requirements specified for first-responders for tactical command-level radios.
The DPH-CMD portable combines proven rock-solid reliability with extreme versatility and easy of use. Each radio can be customized to provide the range of functions you need to meet your specific situation and requirements. The new Command Group feature allows you to create a custom command group on the fly. User pick list of 32 code guards for field selection.
Its superior design means that functions and features are software-driven, creating inherent efficiencies that result in significant cost savings without compromising or sacrificing quality, performance, reliability, or durability even under the most demanding public safety conditions.
Programming is focused on the practical needs and requirements of the radio user. Despite a wide variety of individual options, the Bendix King (BK) Radio DPH-CMD portables are always easy to use - a critically important factor in emergency situations.
As a result of advanced engineering techniques, the DPH-CMD and all D Series portable radios have lower current drain than other portables, which means significantly longer battery life between battery charges or changes. And with the new high-capacity lithium-ion battery, service cycles are extended to more than 19 hours.
The DPH-CMD also has the ability to clone group information to other DPH-CMD models.
Additional economies are realized by using the accessories you already have for other Bendix King Radio units such as antennas, microphones, batteries, cloning and programming cables, and carrying cases.
All 500 channels can be programmed for digital operation, analog operation, or both. Frequencies programmed for mixed-mode operation recognize the format of the received signal and automatically transmit in the same format.
